  1. The riots in Tbilisi are NOT by ordinary people. The parliament that represents ordinary people passed the law. The demonstrators are certainly a mix of few "foreign agents" and few mislead people by some type of misrepresentation. Is there any country that does not require registration as foreign agent for entities that get foreign funding?
