They understand that Russia can effectively help rebuild some of Ukraine. EU wants to make sure they have the means to entertain animosity. I understand that accord was for the Donbass to remain ukrainian with effective autonomy, respect for the russian language, no NATO. I do not believe Putin can accept giving back the Donbass now after the fight. And Zelensky can not accept everything in Istanbul agreement plus the loss of Donbass, and remain inside Ukraine. He would have to run away to UK and strangle his buddy BOJO.

  5. Turkey and USA certainly have a hidden agreement. USA will drop the kurds, as they dropped everyone else. It is just a matter of timing. The poor kurds are surrounded by regimes that want to deny them their own being, be it false arabs from the South, Iran from the East, Turkey from the North.
