  1. If they want a price cap that will work, they need to get everyone involved, china, saudi, Russia, India, and put a price cap on everything, not only oil. Everything wherever it comes from. I do not understand why the 7 mousquetaires expect Russia to deliver them the oil they need so badly without making a profit from it. That is worse than going there by force and take the resources, because that way, western companies will triple the price for working in the cold north.
