  1. If USA managed to recruit pilots for F16 in the west, one of the following may be the reason: 1. They found pilots who are ready to commit suicide, and want to monetise their life 2. They found pilots who are PTSD hit or lost their marbles for any reason, or so idiot they confuse Russia with Zimbabwe. 3. They promised big bucks and a plan to shoot from NATO air space. That would be Romania, without ever entering Ukrainian nor Russian space. Therefore they understand being safe. Likely the third option. Because inside Ukraine, the first 4 or 5 F16 to take off will be F'd in less than 16 minutes, and all the other pilots will hit the road out quick.
