I think this document given to USA all ukraine resources is just a way to tell Europe "take a hike, nothing for you", to cool down their desire to continue the war.I do not see how such a document signed by a non elected president and giving everything to a foreign power that belongs to Ukrainian people could resist the next elected officials of Ukraine.
