  3. Reducing military budget idea will not work. USA can reduce the budget by half and produce more, since the budget is supe huge and more than half is likely porc. Trump can reduce that budget by just auditing and sharpening the pencil from now on. For countries operating on bone lean budget, reducing it is death.
