The question in many minds that Prigogine brought to the surface is still unanswered: Why is it that Russia is having such a hard time to crush the Ukrainians when they have a 10 to 1 advantage in almost everything? Losing patches of ground in many places, abondonning cities few days after they voted to join Russia, etc.... How come there is still some level of naivety like when Putin withdrew from around Kiev, Suni and many other areas on some unfinished discussions of agreement as a good faith gesture after two Minsk agreements were used as a sham, the 1990 promise not to move NATO one inch eastward, etc... The west knows they can not beat Russia militarily for reason known by all, but banks on gestures like that to play tricks.
