  4. I think whenever EU votes to stop the sanctions, Russia should vote to extend them. Russia is on its way to completely decouple from EU economy. EU economy becomes dependent 99.9% from Trump that way. Very likely that is why Trump talks sanctions, to make sure EU depency continues and worsens for EU. Trump wants smart EU businesses to move to USA. The only EU countries that will remain viable are those with tourisme. Trump can't move the sunshine.
