  3. The energy bills are going up because THERE IS NO ENERGY. Therefore, the little energy available will not cover the present needs WHAREVER the price. Giving money to people to cover their bills will NOT make energy available. Western politicians know how to print money, but they can NOT print energy. There is a law in physics called "principle of conservation of energy" that they can not sanction.
