How can you start such an important fire by throwing a Molotov Cocktail to a building, unless there is a preparation work done ahead of time to gather combustible material at the right place, in the right amount, and prepared the surroundings to propagate the fire? You see fire bombs in Bakhmut and other places hitting buildings that do not take in flames so easily! The molotov in only the spark that starts a fire, when and only when all other conditions are met. Unless the building is made of paper.
