  1. This BS about hitting only warships that are moving does not make sense. Russia has been hitting tanks under repair, planes parked and not flying etc...If it is warship, it is kosher to hit in a war. Either some russians responsible for protecting it were having fun with miss Vodka, or plein stupid.
