  1. Europe gets cheap grains from Ukraine to sell them to poor countries at higher price. Europe is upset at China for selling directly to Africa. EU companies used to get goods for $1 from China, read some bible verses on them then resell them to Africa for $10. Africa now is getting the same thing direct for $1.
