@osmaniesquijarosa4308 the coptic language is still alive if you forgot, and arguably speaking coptic is more similar to ancient Egyptian than modern Greek is similar to hellenic Greek or Persian is similar to ancient Iranian languages. If it's religion and culture neither of the two keep them intact except a very few Zoroastrians in Iran.

@osmaniesquijarosa4308 you might hate to believe it but it's the factual reality, also the Christianity was the majority religion until 1000ad and Coptic was the main language for even longer u might call them a second class but that was also the case under Romans,Greeks or the other invaders before however their situation is/was it's still much better than the situation Zoroastrians or pagan Greeks faced . they do have a significance in the conversation because you said Egyptians have nothing to do with the ancients when coptics are still a thing , your generalization doesn't work for the Muslims either because like I said before the other ethnicities you mentioned aren't more related to the ancients before them than Egyptians are .

@osmaniesquijarosa4308 what I am saying is just like an ancient egyptian couldn't adapt fully and disappeared those two did as well, so calling modern Egyptians unrelated to the ancients while saying Greeks and Persians are still the same people is just hypocritical.
