Nit really since the biggest energy consumer is china and 3rd largest is india which russia is getting ready to sell energy to, europe isnt even the second largest consumer, europe shot itself in the foot when they preferred the USA over russia now they are forced to pay 40% more to import american gas which isnt even sufficient enough to replace russia actually it can be argued that russia is getting richer per sanction while the west is getting more poor and more inflated and the best thing is russia along with saudiarabia,iran,china and india are pretty much killing the petrodollar which will bring an end to the wests fortune once and for all
