Nah Ethiopia is too big its like twice the size of france but half the population at the time it was roughly 20million there were vast uninhabited lands 40-50%(the same size as france) of the country was one Giant forest mussolini would've easily found a place for them and the country has like 80 ethnic groups including jews so one more wouldn't have been a bigdeal

Because abyssinia was the size of france,italy and britain combined and waa sparsely populated one of the reasons mussolinia failed to conquer the entire country if he had a good amount of people to settle he would've won against the abyssinias either by assimilating them or isolating them in the highlands
