  1. @Italian Mapper Chris Italy couldn't even entirely control shewa (the main province where the capital is located) even tho its a small province 1/3 of it was still not fully controlled which delayed the settlement programs, while the western amd souhern parts of the country barely had any italian presence, the british and the french destroyed any resistance effectively italy didnt.
