@bkjeong4302 In the back of my mind is the thought that Hood was completed as a replacement for one of the battlecruisers lost at Jutland: three lost in the battle, and 3, Hood and the two Renowns, built. That means that, if Jackie had gotten his way, and Resistance, the third cancelled Revenge class, had also been reordered as a battlecruiser, Hood would have ended up the same as the other Admiral class ships.
