  1.  @jliller  a lot of the German and Austrian ships were awarded to allies as war reparations. Italy and Greece operated several ex-Austrian ships through the 20s. One of the surviving Tegetthoffs was allocated to France, and, iirc, was used for target practice. The other Tegetthoff was awarded to Italy. Again, iirc, the main guns were reused as shore batteries, and the hull was sold for scrap.
