  2.  @GenYHikikomori  it likely that she got a pivot and was in focus. That’s why she took FMLA leave. I can say that because I had gone through the same. The only difference is I had a job offer during my leave.

  3. i hate amazon pip culture and unfortunately, other techs are watching and will implement similar stack ranking managed out program. As a result, we are worried daily when we will be put on pip. This is bad for our mental health. I do want to leave this place as soon as I have found a new role. :(
