  2.  @GIJadaSmith  how many bands/artists do sing about tax? There's a reason The Beatles sung "All you need is love" not "All you need to pay for an expected short-fall in NHS funding over the next decade is a Lichtenstein style 2% wealth gain tax". And I don't think the Rolling Stones would have been as successful if they had sung "Give me tax relief" or "Sympathy for IRS".

  3. The 3 way intersections wouldn't be T intersections, they would be Y intersections. Y intersections aren't great from a safety perspective, however this could be in large part due to the irregularity of their use leading to unfamiliarity with them, and/or the nature of the places they are typically used. That said, I imagine the use of roundabouts would negate the problem altogether.
