  17. Where tha scam comes in at is when tha water company knew tha bill was not paid for in a month, even two months. They let it goes this far on purpose because they knew this day would come, they knew tha interest would be adding up and they also believe someone is going to pay this bill which I am sure someone will. I would find to where these people live and protest them.

Here you go :( In 2014, the city briefly changed its standard to a shorter yellow light interval while transitioning red light camera vendors. The change generated an additional $7.7 million in revenue for the city in just over half a year. However, the city reversed course after receiving complaints from hearing officers and questions from the Tribune. The city then told the new vendor to re-establish the three-second standard.
