  1. Your going to have to make friends with Governor JB Pritzker and have him set something up in Will County for all animals in Chicago and tha surrounding area. There is a ( LOT ) of empty land in Will County. These dogs need pretty much a farm. That would be cheaper than cages and what we are doing now. A lot of Heaven points for those cops who took those dogs in and spent there own money on leashes. And to that cop who got bit and tha dog broke his skin, you should look at my arm. Don't make a big deal about this spider :)
