A tornado rips through this guys house and he's thanking god for the help he gets after the tornado!? This is stupidity on a grand scale! He basically said that his god sat back and watched as the tornado destroyed his house, and then handed out supplies afterward. Why not just stop the tornado!? This kind of stupidity must be called out whenever and wherever it surfaces.

You're right about the cop stopping to screw the guy, but you're wrong about the reason being because he was black. Cops would stop to do everything they can to get either an arrest or citation no matter what color they were. I was asked for my license and registration while fixing a flat once. Cops are not your friend.
