  2. In the end, all science is just our models of, or words for, describing what we can actually observe. If we can generate useful (reliable, verifiable) predictions, we can call that sort of model "the reality". There's nothing to stop you from choosing a different model, but to make it replace the current ones you'd have to show that it predicts better than they do.
