Anyone else get the feeling that "Pat Dwyer" has a "tough time writing things that "are not" at least "a little" condescending while doling out the "most basic" advice?

@mfritch Unlike regular colleges with 100% placement in their graduates' fields, correct? They promise that, do they?

@stevefisher2553 The Dems have cried every election this century about moving to Canada. And it's always only Dems. It says a lot about their ability to deal with something not going their way, as was magnified by their TDS of the last five years. Our last POTUS was a buffoon. But he was also the response to the silliness of the Left - not its cause. It's ignorant or intellectually lazy to believe otherwise. Take care.

Nonsense. Unless life has been one unexpected curveball after another, you don't need to be in the top 20% of earners in the U.S. to get a passport or save up $1000, let alone live in these countries. It does take good decisions.

I believe I can help with the Canada thing. The reason American liberals/Leftists threaten to move to Canada is because it's full of white people who elect Left-leaning governments. Granted, American blacks vote overwhelmingly Democrat, but white liberals assume that blacks either won't be able to afford to follow them into Canada, or won't be inclined to because of the climate. Those white folks would basically view it as kind of paradise for them. They won't go to Mexico because pretty much the opposite would be the case. They'd be incredibly uncomfortable surrounded by non-whites in a country in which forcing people to follow Leftist social ideals would be like herding cats. And although politics is dirty to some extent most anywhere, they wouldn't like how they can be purchased in Mexico, where increasing the chances of people being able to make money would be taken much more seriously than appealing to the sense of social justice of the person you're trying to hand the briefcase to.
