I guess if publicists are as bad as recognizing perspective regarding these numbers as most on this message board are, this strategy of calling them out or shaming them may work on more than just David Gilmour who, probably not coincidentally, is pimping a new album before the world forgets who David Gilmour is. 🤣

To be honest, when these people have these guests on, I often find it the least entertaining and don't watch many of them.

@peterhillman8282 And if a publicist who doesn't know anything about perspective sees it, he might be swayed. 🤣

My father and I love the channel. I don't have anything to say against what Rick does. But I have a question that obviously almost none of the people on these threads has considered: Have any of you ever stopped to think that these guys have been answering most of these questions their entire lives, and are kind of done with it? Not everyone's ego drives them to constantly feel they need to put their legacy out there. Not everyone thinks that discussing a change in engineers in 1974 is worth their time. Most of them HAVE discussed how they came up with that riff. People forget that late night talk shows aren't the totality of music media. There have been hundreds of magazines for decades that have gone in-depth with most of the people who Rick hasn't yet been able to get. They've put their stories out there for Gen X, the Millennials and the Zoomers. When do they get to rest? Finally, a Jimmy Page interview should be great. But he likely doesn't need the marketing. 🤣 Take care, and keep plugging away.

So it's what Rick said in the vid.
