  1. I just watched it. It's not bad ... depending! It's very flawed, but if you're just in the mood for something fun and entertaining, it's a good option. It just won't stick with you much, nor is it a link in a chain of events that I'm not sure is really what these movies should be doing anyway. I also think the cries of Amber Heard being downplayed are a bit exaggerated. Like the first, this was a buddy/road movie at its most entertaining, and this time it was Patrick Wilson as the travel buddy. I don't really see how much more Heard would even have done. Chris Gore estimated that she was still on screen for 20 minutes. That seems a little long, but if the chopped-down version had her in it for 20, I can't see her having been in an original cut more than about 23. There really just wasn't a call for her character to be any more central than Nicole Kidman's in this one.
