  1. 10) Seriously? People still care whether "Saving Private Ryan" didn't take the Oscar? I don't think so. 9) "Twilight" is fun. No one EVER thought it was art or included stellar performances. 7) M. Night's received "backlash" because he's done a lot of crappy movies. It's nothing personal. 6) Again, no one is harboring a grudge that "Forest Gump" won Best Picture. It was a strong movie in a strong field, unlike No. 10. If anyone wants to hate on it, maybe it should be because a "normal" woman had sex with a mentally defective man. If the genders were reversed, that film would never have been made. 5) No one thought the "Transformers" movies were stellar to begin with. 2) Again, no one thought "Titanic" was an artistic achievement. Even at the time, it was joked that it featured the best writing from "The Young and the Restless." 1) "Avatar" was a very pretty movie utilizing great visual technology that beat you over the head with its politics. It was never advertised as anything else. I've yet to hear anyone say they changed their mind about liking this movie.

  2. How can any list about people changing their minds about liking a movie be complete without "Blair Witch Project?" Hell, I went from loving to hating it before I got into the car once the, "Hey, wait a minute ..." started buzzing around in my head.
