I actually caught that one. While I think it may slightly minimize the impact of long-term steroid use on the body, it did bring up things that are not part of the popular narrative, such as the fact that most of the side-effects most closely identified with steroid use reverse themselves after you stop using steroids.

A bodybuilder will do cardio, but the top guys have to slap an extra hour or two of cardio at VERY slow speeds. They can't really move that fast.

5) But, women CAN "grow bulky muscles if they work out." 4) True dat. 3) As indicated by the hesitant tone at the beginning of this one, it's not really "wrong." A great deal depends on how you do your reps. And cardio doesn't "cut." It slims you down but that's not exactly the same thing. It doesn't eliminate gains, but CAN cap them from workout to workout. 2) I've never heard of bodybuilding stunting your growth. I HAVE heard of it possibly interfering with your body's natural development as far as bones, tendons, etc., which are not addressed here. 1) If anyone needs any more evidence that THIS is a myth, just see all the (wannabe) bodybuilders desperately taking shots at the proliferation of 24/7 fitness centers like Planet Fitness on YT. We can all agree that CF is worth criticizing just on principle, but I'll take the top 5 guys in a PF at 6 p.m. on a weekday against the top 5 at Gold's in terms of actual health and fitness.
