If he is so stupid that he can’t figure out that he needs to follow the same rules as others during a health pandemic, then he doesn’t need to be governor. Also, he knew he was violating the quarantine rules, but he didn’t care, until he got caught, and then he knew he would pull out the apology card. I’m so tired of people doing the wrong thing on purpose, because they think that they are such wonderful people that their apologies will make everything better, and will have to be accepted. Apologies don’t work when you know that you are going to behave badly, and don’t care, and use your apology as a way to “make things right.”
