To my knowledge, Cuomo has not been taken to court, and convicted, of any of the offenses that the women have accused him of; therefore, it is not fair to convict him of sexual offenses in a public court. It wasn’t the correct thing for the women to accuse him of these sexual offenses in public, either! There are appropriate legal channels for these women to use; for example, hire a lawyer, and fill in a police report, and hire
