  27. FYI: Jill Biden has a Ph.D. in Education. She actually has another Ph.D, too, but I’m not sure what it is in. The fact that she demands to be called Dr. Jill at all times is something I do not understand, because most people who get Ph.D’s in any discipline only use the title when they are at the job which requires it.
