  3. Gerald Morgan has a damn good point. If Steven Crowder and Daily Wire were friends, then why did Jeremy Boering and co. go out of their way to lowball Crowder as much as possible? That's hardly what a friend would do. If Crowder and Boering are friends, then why did Boering decide to capitalize on an incoming feud by releasing a monetized video disingenuously explaining the contract? Why didn't Boering just meet Crowder in person so they could go over the contract together? Why didn't he send Crowder a personalized contract to begin with? Why didn't he adjust in order to deal with Crowder's personality flaws? If Crowder and Ben Shapiro, a Never-Trumper, are friends, then why has Shapiro been behaving increasingly catty on Twitter? It's to the point where he looks like he'll accuse the pro-Israel Crowder of being an anti-Semite. If Crowder and Matt Walsh are friends, then why did Walsh decide to toss his hat in the ring despite (theoretically) having the least amount of skin in the game? If Crowder and Candace Owens, a sophomoric harpy with a history of doxxing and secretly recording people, including Nicole Arbour, are friends, then why has Owens become increasingly catty? It's at the point where she seems like she's going to give Crowder the same treatment she gave Arbour. If Boering is such a great businessman, then why did he give a potential employee a contract that he knew would never fly? Why didn't he invite Crowder to dinner or a luncheon so they could discuss his contract in person? Why didn't he just send Crowder a commission-based contract where Crowder gets paid per project to make exclusive content for DW using his own production studio? This would test the waters on what's permissible on YouTube, and DW could have potentially added sketch comedy to their catalogue. Speaking of which, rumor has it that's the straw that broke the camel's back. Crowder didn't want to move to Nashville to become a talking head sitting in a studio with 2-3 cameras. Crowder's side isn't the only one that reeks of fish. The way it still looks is that he had to learn the hard way that the DW crew were never really his friends to begin with. They're just neocons and maybe even RINOs, the same kind of people that he declared political war on months ago. Again, DW thought that Louder with Crowder was owed to them, and they seriously believed that Crowder would ultimately agree to their terms. If there's one lesson that conservatives should take from this, it's to not expect big companies and big internet celebrities to fight our cultural battles. Lastly, Jack Posobiec still has the best take.
