  1. Defamation is reliant on two factors: intent and financial damage, as in you actually have to have suffered monetary loss (ex. losing your job) because of someone's lies about you. Has AJW looked into the Maya Guerra Gamble's endorsements/supporters? A cursory search shows that among the organizations alone are a bunch that want to turn Texas blue (i.e. reshape TX in CA's image), successors to the 2016 Bernie Sanders campaign, and NetCo Dems, which proudly displays Sleepy Joe and his number 2 on the front page. This was an unfair trial with a judge that reached a verdict before it even began. Alex Jones has a good lawyer. Turns out he's purposefully trying to tank AJ's case.
