The Libertarians, except AJW perhaps, aren't going to want to hear this, but if Kathy Hochul really wanted to be seen as a stratocrat, then she would have the NY National Guard coordinate with the police in order to prevent the lootings and apprehend the criminals. Instead, she proves that she is a kakistocrat.
