Musk's announcements should always be taken with skepticism. He mostly talks for his share-holders and more than anybody tends to overestimate the results just to create hype.

AIs will always miss creativity. That's why they need to be fed with proper human art. If you stop feeding them with fresh and avant-garde art, they will quickly just make the same stuff over and over like in a time loop because they aren't able to innovate, even a tiny bit. They have no passion, no message, no thoughts, no emotions, no personality to fuel some kind of judgement and adaptation skill. AI is another tool, and like any tool it's useless without a user manipulating or directing it. Though, using AIs to replace the intellectual jobs is not only unachievable, it's also in complete opposition to the cybernetic philosophy aiming to free us to the dumb tasks.
