  1. The issue is that still adds a lot to the cost and it reduces production capacity even further than actual EUV process as well as reducing yields. So might be possible on some niche applications but not viable for the consumers market. At some point, they wont be able to go further and have to exclusively rely on other ways to improve the efficiency (mainly design and software optimization).
