  1.  @corsicasanova  sure but it's still not what we consider "quiet quitting" here. This term sounds more like a job abandonment synonym rather than doing the minimum required. And in many EU countries we had a laborer's right history leading to laws protecting us from employers abuse. What you've described is just interim jobs and performance obligations written to those special employment contracts. Past the trial work period, they need a very legitimate reason to fire an employee working under a standard contract. So know your rights, know your worth and be picky.
