  2. But one problem of laser printer is that the oven needs to preheat. If you power up a laser printer and launch a print right away, it will take more time than the next printing. That's why laser printer are more suitable for office use (power on the morning and only power off the evening) and for multiple page printing rather than one page hourly.

  3. That just means the oven heats fast, it's the same with an OCXO that has a bigger heat resistor than another. BTW 10 seconds is about the same time my 17 years old budget HP Deskjet gets ready, my 2 years old Canon ink printer is twice faster just as Azy's laser printer. So if you don't print large document you don't really have speed benefit of having a laser printer. Both technology have their own strength and weakness and it depends on your usage.
