@klausdieter7314 Of course it's ridiculous. The Central bank raised the rate because Russia now has more money than it can spend. It was raised not because Russia is about to collapse in a few days, as you dream, but precisely because Russia is in her best shape ever. Everything else is just your dreams. Which will never come true. Just accept it and don't waste your life on silly dreams.
