  3. Сайт открывается, лицензия, ОГРН, ИНН всё есть. Просто вместо HTTPS используется устаревший HTTP, вот Google и отказывается его открывать. Если браузер выдаст ошибку, внизу будет кнопка Дополнительно и дальше уже сама оригинальная ссылка.
