I think you just don't understand what the word "family values" means, so you just repeat CNN. Yes, I saw the report about the "terrible divorce rate in Russia" and I know where it came from. 😆

Тебя обязаны уведомлять о всех жалобах, а если канал к тому же именной, то на каждую жалобу можно подать апелляцию, и что бы канал действительно закрыли, должно быть 3 страйка в течение полугода. Иначе можно просто скриптом создавать миллионы новых аккаунтов и бомбить любой канал жалобами в AFK. А её закрыли без уведомлений, без страйков, без объяснений, просто в один момент. А это уже не жалобы, это уже чьё-то прямое распоряжение.
