@vknfriendly They can't. Because, in their words, they left Russia. It would be strange if they started to upgrade the network equipment after that. But they also refuse to sell it, hoping to return to Russia one day. So everything that's happening with YT is just a dispute between two companies - Google, which refuses to sell its assets in Russia, and Rostelecom, which is pressuring Google to sell them.
