@habanero5866 The Earth is not a spinning globe - it rotates slowly. It takes a whole day to rotate once. That is half the speed of the hour hand on my watch. Why would it blow your mind that water stays on such a slow moving surface?

@habanero5866 If you took a flight on Concord, which flew at up to 1300mph, and the pilot changed direction by 5 degrees over a period of 20 mins, which would be at the same rate the Earth rotates (15 deg/hour or 360 deg/day), then your complementary champagne wouldn't even spill let alone go 'flying off' as Flat-tards claim should happen to everything on the Earth! Isn't that amazing! By the way, 19 miles per second is the speed the Earth orbits the Sun (66,600mph) not the Earth's rotation.

@habanero5866 The example I gave you was from simple observation and maths. How are they wrong? Do you deny these? Can you disprove them?

@habanero5866 You don't need science. If you can use your eyes, can do simple maths and have even a basic grasp of logic, you cannot fail to realise that the Flat-Eath arguments are a pile of horse-crap. Here's a simple question for you: If I am on a plane at night, at 35,000 feet up, there is nothing on a Flat Earth to obstruct my view. Why can I not see the Sun?
