  1. Russia has NO intentions of 'building an empire' militarily. Russia's growth will be by mutually agreed economic partnerships - with China, India, Africa, the Middle East and South America. The West can neither match nor prevent this growth, because the West's way is by force and manipulation! Putin and Russia are content to watch the demise of the West through its own disastrous decisions and squabbles. The rulers of the US, UK and EU inflict damage to their own economies with every move!
