  2. The Government has signed up British taxpayers as guarantor for $100 million of international loans to Ukraine, a bankrupt country! Having lost 40% of their GDP from Donbas, Ukraine will never be able to repay these loans nor refund the 'lend-lease' (for weapons) to the US. The British will have to repay it instead!!!
