  1. He did actually say MORE THAN 31,000. Perhaps that might explain the 120,000 new graves dug in military cemeteries in Ukraine last year!

  2.  @Max-ek3kf  Don't forget to add all those 'missing' troops. Russia has frequently mentioned all the dead troops the UA leaves behind, and even refuses to collect the bodies. This means that the commanders still receive the soldier's pay, and the families cannot claim allowances or pensions!
