I guess you missed the press conference the next day, when Russia showed the radar tracking of a plane approaching MH17 before it crashed! Or the report by BBC's reporter Olga Ivshiner, who interviewed 5 independent witnesses who saw a Ukrainian Airforce jet climb towards MH17, moments before it fell from the sky! Or the report about the jet returning to its airbase without its missiles. The pilot was heard to say 'it was the wrong plane'!

If an EV collided with another car and ended up in a river, then the electric doors failed to open and the occupants drowned - were they killed by the car crash or by the failure of the doors? That plane flew for two hours with the damaged tail. The pilots were able to lower the landing gear using the mechanical back-up.
