"Useless at best"- I think you mean 'accurate, devastating and really difficult to stop'. A major problem for the military and now the Govt. After months of peace, the people of cities like Kiev know that Zelensky has put THEM in the firing line with his terror tactics. How supportive do you think they now feel? Especially as they get killed when the military shoot them down! Russia is NOT being defeated! - wake up!
