  1. HIMARS has not been a 'game changer' - Ukraine is still losing. This is mainly because the UA continues to try to hit the Russian 'targets' they moved back from the battlefield. The longer flight times make the rockets easier for Russia to shoot down, which she does most days! E.g. yesterday: "Six rocket-propelled projectiles launched by HIMARS and Uragan MLRS have been intercepted near Mirnoye and Lyubimovka (Zaporozhye region)."
